Pharmacological action:

Does n-holinoretseptora sympathetic and parasimpaticakih gangliev.

Indications:

Hypertonic kriz, causes peripheral arteries, intestinal, biliary and renal colic, bronchial asthma, eclampsia, causalgia, swelling of the brain and lungs.

Contraindications:

Hypotension, renal failure, degenerative changes in the Central nervous system, thrombophlebitis.

Side effects:

Dry mouth, weakness, dizziness, tachycardia, mydriasis, orthostatic hypotension.

Method of application and dose:

In/m 0.5–3 ml of a solution 2-3 times a day. The highest single dose of 3 ml of 5% solution daily, 9 ml.
