Inhibitors of fibrinolysis inhibit fibrinolysis by competitive inhibition plazminogenaktiviruyuschego enzyme and inhibit the formation of plasmin (aminocaproic acid, aminometilbensana acid, etc.) or by complexation with plasmin (Aprotinin).
