Solution for injection 1 ml contains:

metoclopramide hydrochloride 5 mg

excipients: disodium salt of ethylenediamintetraacetic acid sodium metabisulfite sodium acetate acid acetic ice water for injection

in ampoules of dark glass 2 ml in a plastic tray 5 PCs there are 1 or 2 pallets in a cardboard box.

Dosage and administration:

The solution for injection is administered in/in or in/m adults at a dose of 10-20 mg (the maximum daily dose is 60 mg) children over 6 years - 5 mg 1-3 times a day children aged 2 to 6 years the daily dose is 0, 5-1 mg/kg of body weight, the multiplicity of administration 1-3 times.

For the prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting caused by cytostatics or radiation therapy, the drug is administered in/in a dose of 2 mg/kg of body weight 30 minutes before the use of cytostatics or radiation, if necessary, the introduction is repeated in 2-3 hours.

Before x-ray examination, adults are given 10-20 mg intravenously 5-15 minutes before the start of the study.

Patients with clinically expressed hepatic-renal insufficiency are initially prescribed a dose 2 times less than the usual one, the subsequent dose depends on the individual patient's response to metoclopramide.
