Composition and form of issue:

Tablets. 1 tablet contains:

Dibazol 0, 03 g

papaverine hydrochloride 0, 03 g

excipients: potato talc starch calcium stearic acid or stearic acid 

or in the contour noncells 10 PCs in the paper cartons 1 or 5 packs.

Description of dosage form:

Tablets white or white with a grayish tint of color, flat-cylindrical shape. The presence of barely visible inclusions is allowed.

Description of pharmacological action:

Dibazol (bendazol) — a means of myotropic action. It has a vasodilator, antispasmodic effect.

Papaverine hydrochloride is a myotropic antispasmodic. Reduces the tone of smooth muscles of internal organs and blood vessels. It causes the expansion of arteries, promotes an increase in blood flow, including cerebral.

Indications:

  • spasms of peripheral vessels and cerebral vessels
  • spasms of smooth muscles of the abdominal cavity.

Contraindications:

  • hypersensitivity to the drug components
  • violations of AV conduction
  • respiratory depression
  • epileptic syndrome
  • bronchoobstructive syndrome
  • children under 1 year.

With caution:

  • reduced intestinal peristalsis
  • CRANIOCEREBRAL TRAUMA
  • hepatic and / or renal failure
  • hypothyroidism
  • adrenal insufficiency
  • prostatic hyperplasia
  • pregnancy
  • lactation.

Use during pregnancy and breast-feeding:

During pregnancy and lactation, the safety of the drug is not established.

Side effect:

There may be allergic reactions, nausea, vomiting, constipation, increased sweating, dizziness, drowsiness, the development of AV blockade, cardiac arrhythmia, reduction of myocardial contractility.

Drug interaction:

Pharmacodynamic: together with the use of antispasmodics, sedatives, diuretics (dihlotiazid, diakarb, furosemide, spironolactone, etc.), tricyclic antidepressants, procainamide, reserpine, quinidine sulfate may increase the hypotensive effect. Weakens the effect of anticholinesterase drugs (galantamine, proserin, physostigmine, etc.) on the smooth muscles reduces the antiparkinsonic effect of levodopa.

The combined use of Papatla and nitrofurantoin may develop hepatitis.

Pharmacokinetic: adsorbents, binders and enveloping agents reduce the absorption of the drug in the gastrointestinal tract.

Dosage and administration:

Inside, adults-1-2 table. 2-3 times a day. The course of treatment is individual, usually 2-4 weeks. Children-by appointment of the attending physician.

Special instruction:

During treatment should be deleted reception alcohol.
