Composition and form of issue:
Tablets prolonged action, film-coated. 1 tablet contains:
diltiazem hydrochloride 90 or 180 mg
blistere in 10 PCs., in box 2 blisters (90 mg) or 3 blisters (180 mg).
Pharmacological action:
Blocking calcium channels, reduces the flow of calcium ions into the cells of the myocardium. It causes the expansion of the coronary arteries, thereby increasing coronary blood flow. It reduces the tone of the smooth muscles of the peripheral arteries and OPS.
Indications:
Angina (prevention of attacks), hypertension, prevention of attacks of supraventricular arrhythmias (paroxysmal tachycardia, flickering or atrial flutter, extrasystole).
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity, sinus node weakness syndrome, AV blockade II-III degree, cardiogenic shock, acute heart failure, chronic heart failure, severe bradycardia, hypotension, severe hepatic renal failure, childhood.
Use during pregnancy and breast-feeding:
Contraindicated.
Side effect:
Weakness, dizziness, headaches, sinus bradycardia, AV conduction disorders, symptoms of heart failure, arterial hypotension, nausea, constipation or diarrhea, flatulence, transient increase in liver transaminases, skin redness, itching.
Dosage and administration:
Inside, before eating, 180-360 mg / day (2 admission) for long — term maintenance therapy-90-180 mg once a day, in the morning.
