Description of dosage form
Liquid from light brown to brown with a characteristic smell.
Pharmacological group
Cardiotonic agent of plant origin.
Pharmacological (immunological) properties
Combined preparation. It has a cardiotonic and sedative effect, due to its constituent components.
Indications
Neuro-circulatory dystonia, as part of the treatment of chronic heart failure.
Contraindications
Increased sensitivity to the components of the drug, endocarditis, myocarditis, pregnancy, breastfeeding, age up to 18 years.
With caution
Liver disease, alcoholism, traumatic brain injury, brain disease, epilepsy.

Dosage and administration
Inside, 15-20 drops in a small amount of water 1-2 times a day for 30-40 minutes before meals. The duration of the drug 20-30 days. The increase in the duration and repeated courses of treatment is possible on the recommendation of a doctor.
Side effect
There may be allergic reactions, headache, muscle weakness, drowsiness.
If any of the side effects listed in the instructions are aggravated, or you notice any other side effects not listed in the instructions, tell your doctor.
Overdose
In case of overdose may increase the dose-dependent side effects.
Treatment: symptomatic.
Interaction
The drug increases the effect of hypnotics, sedatives and other drugs that inhibit the Central nervous system, which requires correction of doses when used together.

Before taking the drug should consult with your doctor.
The drug contains at least 28% ethanol. The maximum daily dose of the drug (30-40 drops) - contains up to 0.6 g of absolute ethyl alcohol. During the period of use of the drug should refrain from performing potentially dangerous activities that require increased concentration and speed of psychomotor reactions.
The drug contains cardiac glycosides. In case of overdose cardiac glycosides may experience the following symptoms: expressed aetiology, arrythmia polytopes, bigeminy or trigeminy, slowing ventricular conduction, in severe cases ventricular flutter. When intoxication associated with an overdose of cardiac glycosides drugs, take a break in their application, if necessary, appoint potassium preparations and antiarrhythmic agents.
Form release
Drops for oral administration. 15, 25 or 50 ml each into orange glass dropper bottles. Each bottle-dropper together with the instructions for use is placed in a pack of cardboard.

In a dark place at a temperature of 15 to 25 °C.
