Contraindications

With caution:

Elderly patients, myasthenia gravis, arrhythmia, patients with a tendency to convulsive seizures, including history of patients with arrhythmia, prostate hypertrophy, congestive heart failure, ischemic heart disease, arterial hypertension, ileostomy/colostomy, and epilepsy.

Composition

1 tablet contains biperiden hydrochloride 2 mg

Excipients: cellulose microcrystalline - 192 mg, carboximetilkrahmal sodium 5 mg, magnesium stearate - 1 mg.

Method of application and doses

Inside. Pills Bezak should be taken during or after meals with some liquid.

The syndrome of parkinsonism adults the initial dose is 1 mg 1-2 times/day (1/2 tab.). The dose can be increased to 2 mg (1 tab.) every day. The maintenance dose is 3-16 mg/day (1/2-2 tab. 3-4 times/day). The maximum daily dose is 16 mg (8 tablets). The total daily dose should be evenly spread doses during the day.

When xtrapremium symptoms caused by neuroleptics or similarly acting drugs for adults, the initial dose depending on the severity of symptoms is 1-2 mg (1/2-1 tab.) 1-4 times/day as proof neuroleptic therapy. Disposable dose depending on the severity of symptoms can increase to 4 mg and the daily dose up to 16 mg.

Undesirable side effects from the gastrointestinal tract can be reduced by taking the tablet immediately after eating. The duration of treatment depends on the nature and course of the disease. If you cancel biperiden, the dose should be gradually reduced.
