Tablets: each tablet contains 13 vitamins and 6 minerals necessary for the health of the mother and child both during pregnancy and during breast-feeding. Method of use: pregnant and lactating women, take 1 tablet (green blister) and 1 capsule (pink blister) per day during or immediately after the main meal without chewing, with a glass of water or any other cold drink.
