Enromag ( Enromag) - for the treatment of animal diseases of bacterial and mycoplasma etiology.

STRUCTURE

Enromag in 1 ml as an active substance contains enrofloxacin-50 mg or 100 mg and excipients: butyl alcohol-30 mg, potassium hydroxide (to bring the pH) and water for injection-up to 1 ml.

PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES

Enromag belongs to the antibacterial drugs of the fluoroquinolone group. Enrofloxacin, which is part of the drug, is active against Gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria of the following species: E. coli, Haemophilus, Klebsiella, Pasteurella, Pseudomonas, Proteus, Bordetella, Brucella! Chlamydia, Enterobacter Campylobacter, Erysipeloids,. Corynebacterium 'Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Actinobacillus, Clostridium, Bacteroides' Fusobacterium, and Mycoplasma.

The mechanism of bactericidal action of enrofloxacin is based on the ability to inhibit the activity of the enzyme gyrase, which ensures DNA replication in the bacterial cell.

When administered intramuscularly, enrofloxacin is rapidly absorbed into the blood and penetrates almost all organs and tissues, reaching a maximum concentration in 0.5-1 hour after administration.

The therapeutic concentration of enrofloxacin after a single injection remains in the body for 24 hours. Enrofloxacin is excreted from the body mainly in unchanged form and partially in the form of a metabolite-ciprofloxacin mainly in the urine.

Enromag by the degree of exposure to the body belongs to moderately dangerous substances (hazard class 3 according to GOST 12.1.007-76).
