Structure and Composition:

Excipients: Sodium lauryl sulfate Colloidal silicon dioxide magnesium stearate, sodium saccharin, corn starch, talc, lactose monohydrate

Pharmachologic effect:

Selectively breaks in helminths Activity microtubule system cells of the intestinal canal, disorganize their function, inhibits secretory transport and absorption of nutrients (inhibits glucose utilization). It is an irreversible degeneration of the intestinal canal, and the death of helminth.

Pharmacokinetics:

After oral administration, a small portion is absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract. In the blood 90% bound to protein. It is metabolized in the liver.

Testimony:

Enterobiasis, trichocephalosis, ascariasis, hookworm, strongyloidiasis, taeniasis, combined infestations caused by helminths indicated.

Contraindications:

Dosage and administration:

Inside, a small amount of water. Adults and children over 10 years enterobioze - 100 mg single dose for children aged 2 to 10 years - 25-50 mg once daily. Overdose:

Symptoms: abdominal cramps, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.

Treatment: Gastric lavage with aqueous potassium permanganate (20 mg / 100 ml water), activated charcoal. No specific antidote.
