The healing properties of Linden, apparently, due to a complex of biologically active plant compounds. 

Linden flowers contain saponins, flavonoids, sugars, glycoside heterodyne, ascorbic acid and carotene, essential oil, consisting mainly of terpenoid alcohol farnesol, tannins and bitter substances, wax, mucus and other biologically active compounds. 

Prytania to the use of Linden flowers 

Infusion of linden flowers are used in bronchitis, sore throat, laryngitis, bronchopneumonia, colds, flu, kidney and bladder diseases, headache. Externally, Linden infusion is used for rinsing the mouth, throat, throat in inflammatory diseases. 

Method of application and doses 

1-2 filter bags placed in a glass or enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 Cup) of boiling water, cover and insist 15 minutes with the press, amount received infusions bring boiled water to 200 ml. 

Take an infusion of Linden hot 1/2 Cup 2-3 times a day.
