Pharmacological action:
Used in disorders of lipid metabolism, due to severe hypertriglyceridemia, anti-inflammatory action. Contributes to the normalization of the content of LDL and VLDL, the change of the liquid properties of membrane cells and an increase in functional activity of membrane receptors, which contributes to the improvement of lipid-cell interactions of lipoproteins with enzymes, improve the metabolism of lipoproteins.
Antiaggregatory action of the drug is due to change under its influence of lipid composition of cell membranes, including the membranes of red blood cells, characterized by reduction in the content of arachidonic (AA) and increasing levels of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) acids. This results in decreased synthesis of thromboxane A2 and other dunension eicosanoids (derivatives of AK), amplifying platelet aggregation and increased synthesis of thromboxane A3 EPA and other criminalistic eicosanoids non-preaggregation effect.
In connection with the effect on the activity of Ca2+ — Mg2+ channels in cardiac membranes and the normalization of the metabolism of Ca2+ in cardiomyocytes, and the suppression of a rapid accumulation of intracellular calcium during times of stress and ischemia, there may be some ritmoreguliruyuschy action aimed at reducing the severity of ventricular arrhythmias.
This complex of essential fatty acids used to normalize lipid metabolism and reduce the risk of atherosclerosis. Contraindications:

Overdose:

Special instructions:
