Trien - a solution for oral use for the treatment of farm birds in diseases of bacterial mycoplasma etiology. In appearance, Triene is a clear liquid from light yellow to yellow in color.
STRUCTURE
As DV, 100 mg of nitrofloxaine and 50 mg of trimethoprim, and as excipients, lactic acid and purified water.
PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES
Trien refers to a combined antibacterial drug.
Enrofloxacin, which is part of the drug, is a derivative of a compound from the group of fluoroquinolones, the mechanism of bactericidal action of which is based on the inhibition of the activity of the enzyme gyrase, which affects the replication of the DNA helix in the nucleus of a bacterial cell, which leads to the suppression of the growth of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.
Trien by the degree of exposure to the body belongs to moderately dangerous substances (hazard class 3 according to GOST 12.1007-76).
PURPOSE
Trien is used for therapeutic and prophylactic purposes for broiler chickens, repair young chickens and turkeys with colibacteriosis, salmonellosis, chronic respiratory diseases, streptococcosis, necrotic enteritis, hemophilosis, mycoplasmosis, mixed and secondary infections with viral diseases, the pathogens of which are sensitive to erofloxacin and trimethoprim.
DOSAGE AND APPLICATION
The drug is used by drinking in a daily dose of 0.5-1.0 ml per 1 liter of drinking water for 3 days; in salmonollosis, mixed infections, as well as in chronic forms of diseases - 5 days.

During the treatment period, the bird should receive only water containing the drug
CONTRAINDICATIONS
It is forbidden to use Trien with increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug, as well as to laying hens due to the accumulation of enrofloxacin and trimethoprim in eggs.
SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE
The shelf life of the medicinal product, subject to storage conditions, is 3 years from the date of production. After opening the package-no more than 28 days.
Store in the closed packaging of the manufacturer, separately from food and feed, in a dry place protected from direct sunlight at a temperature of +5C to +25C.
PACKAGING
They are packaged in 10 ml glass bottles with screw-on plastic lids with the control of the first opening.
