Description: Ointment of white to yellowish-white.
Composition: 100 g ointment contain:
the active substance — triamcinolone acetonide 0.025 g and 0.1 g,
excipients: glycerin, propylene glycol, dimexide, petrolatum, stearic acid, emulsifying wax, purified water.

Pharmacological properties
The drug has anti-inflammatory, antiallergic and antipruritic properties.
Indications for use
Ointment Tricort® used in complex therapy of patients with eczema, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, various kinds of dermatitis and other inflammatory and allergic skin diseases nemikrobnoy etiology.
Contraindications
Individual hypersensitivity, infectious, wound and ulcer lesions of the skin, pregnancy and lactation.
Method of application and doses
Ointment Tricort® is applied evenly in a thin layer on the affected areas of skin 1-3 times a day. The duration of treatment depends on the nature of the disease and the efficacy of therapy, comprising usually 5-10 days. When persistent course of the disease, treatment may be extended up to 25 days. In limited lesions ointment Tricort® can be applied under occlusive dressing to enhance the effect.
Treatment start with 0.1 % ointment, upon reaching the therapeutic effect by 0.025 % ointment with gradual abolition.
This tactic provides a more lasting effect and reduces the risk of exacerbation of the process after withdrawal of the drug.
Side effects
Prolonged treatment with ointment Tricort® may develop secondary infectious lesions and trophic skin changes. Some patients with individual intolerance to any components of the drug may experience worsening of the disease. To prevent local infectious complications ointment recommended to assign in combination with antibacterial means.
Release form
10 g and 25 g in a tube of aluminum or 25 g and 40 g in a jar orange glass. Each tube or jar along with instructions for use is placed in cardboard pack.
350 g or 800 g in a jar orange glass (for the hospital).
Storage conditions
Temperature from 12 to 15 °C. Keep out of reach of children.
Shelf life
3 years. Do not use after expiry date printed on the package.
