Composition and form of release:

1 vaginal tablet contains ternidazole 200 mg, neomycin sulfate 100 mg, nystatin 100,000 units and prednisolone metasulfobenzoate sodium 3 mg, as well as an excipient including geranium and clove oils up to 1-2 g in a pack of 6 and 10 pcs.

Pharmacological action:

It is a trichomonacid (ternidazole), has antibacterial (neomycin sulfate is a broad—spectrum antibiotic from the group of aminoglycosides) and antifungal (nystatin is an antibiotic from the group of polyenes) properties, due to prednisolone (glucocorticoid) has an anti—inflammatory effect, excipients ensure the normal functioning of the vaginal mucosa and pH constancy.

Indications:

Bacterial vaginitis caused by banal pyogenic flora trichomonas vaginitis, fungal vaginitis caused by Candida albicans vaginitis caused by mixed infection (trichomonas, anaerobic infection and yeast-like fungi). Side effect:

Method of administration and dosage:

1 vaginal tablet before going to bed. After wetting the tablet in water for 20-30 seconds, insert it deeply into the vagina, then lie down for 10-15 minutes. The average duration of continuous treatment is 10 days. In cases of confirmed mycosis, the duration of treatment should be increased to 20 days. Do not stop treatment during menstruation.
