In/in (drip at a rate of 0.5–5 mg/min of 0.1–0.2% solution), starting with a test dose of 0.05 mg/kg Dose 0.1 mg/kg resulted in partial muscle relaxation without affecting the function of the respiratory muscles, doses from 0.2 to 1 mg/kg for total relaxation of skeletal muscles, including abdominal muscles, or a complete halt of spontaneous breathing.

V/m at a dose of 2.5 mg/kg, maximum dose 150 mg.

The children used only when absolutely necessary, in the dose of 1-2 mg/kg or 2.5 mg/kg/m.
