Structure and Composition:

20 eye drops in plastic bottles of 10 ml, in a cardboard bundle

Pharmachologic effect:

Blocks the absorption of para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA), violates the synthesis of folic, acid, and other dihydrofolate PABA-containing microbial growth factors.

Indications:

Conjunctivitis, blepharitis, purulent corneal ulcers, and others.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity.

Side effect:

Local irritation.

Drug Interactions:

Novocaine, dicain etc. Products, the destruction of which is formed PABA reduce bacteriostatic effect.

Dosage and administration:

Instillation into the conjunctival sac, adults - 1-2 drops 5-6 times a day for children - 10-20% solution. For the prevention of neonatal ophthalmia in each eye immediately after the birth of 2 drops instilled drug solution and then - 2 drops of 2 hours after birth.

Shelf life:

after opening the bottle - 28 days.
