The composition and form of issue
Carniland drops sublingual - transparent liquid dark yellow-green color with the smell of Valerian and menthol.
1 ml contains:
Nitroglycerin solution 1% - 0, 0217 ml
Menthol solution in Menthyl isovalerate (validol) - 0, 0435 ml
Lily of the valley tincture is 0, 2170 ml
Valerian tincture - 0, 2170 ml
auxiliary substances: Ethanol and 1, 0 ml
for 25 or 50 ml in a vial-dropper orange glass.
Pharmacological action:
Carniland - antianginal agent. Has a sedative and antispasmodic (vasodilator) actions, improves blood flow and myocardial metabolism.
The composition effect is similar to tracing, known as the drops votchala.

Relief of stenocardia, cardialgia.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to nitrates, shock, collapse, concurrent administration of sildenafil, the age of 18 years (efficacy and safety not established).

Method of application and doses
Sublingual. At Carniland 10-15 drops 3-4 times a day with a small amount of liquid or spread on a piece of sugar and keep the mouth (under the tongue), swallowing until complete absorption.

Side effects
From the side of cardiovascular system: dizziness, orthostatic hypotension, "nitrate" headache, tachycardia, skin flushing, fever, the gastro-intestinal tract: dry mouth, nausea.

Overdose
Symptoms: marked reduction in blood pressure with orthostatic dysregulation, reflex tachycardia, headache may develop fatigue, dizziness, increased sleepiness, feeling of fever, nausea, vomiting.

Interaction with other drugs
The simultaneous use of vasodilators, antihypertensives, ACE inhibitors, beta-adrenoblokatorami, blokatorami "slow" calcium channels, procainamide, tricyclic antidepressants, monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIS), phosphodiesterase inhibitors, as well as with ethanol, enhances the antihypertensive effect.

On the background of the drug Carniland may be a significant reduction fratianno pressure and dizziness with a sharp transition in the vertical position of "lying" or "sitting", when alcohol, exercise and hot weather.
To the drug Carniland, like all organic nitrates, if used frequently develop tolerance, this requires increasing the dosage.
During pregnancy and breastfeeding the drug is possible only for health reasons.
