Structure and Composition:

Film-coated tablets. One tablet contains:

Ergotamine tartrate 0.3 mg

Phenobarbital 20mg

the amount of belladonna alkaloids (calculated as 100%) 0.1 mg

Other ingredients: sugar, potato starch, calcium stearate, PVP colloidal silicon dioxide magnesium carbonate, titanium dioxide, the main gelatin wax tropeolin 0

in blisters of 10, 30 or 50 pieces. 1 a stack of cardboard (or 50 to 30 pcs.), packs 3 or 5 (10 pcs.).

Pharmachologic effect:

Blocks alpha-adrenergic and M-cholinergic receptors, inhibits interneuron contacts in the CNS.

Testimony:

Increased irritability, insomnia, neurogenic menstrual disorders, hyperthyroidism, atopic dermatitis, eczema, nervous dyspepsia, and others. Vegetative dystonia.

Contraindications:

Pregnancy, childbirth koronarospazm, peripheral vascular spasm later stages of atherosclerosis, glaucoma.

Side effect:

Dry mouth, drowsiness (with prolonged use).

Dosage and administration:

Inside, after a meal. Doses are selected individually, as a rule, 1 table. 2-3 times per day. Duration of treatment is determined by the doctor.
