The composition and form of issue:

Tablets, film-coated. 1 tablet contains active substance: 

moxonidine 0.2, 0.3 or 0.4 mg

excipients: lactose monohydrate povidone K25 crospovidone magnesium stearate 

in blister packs of 7, 10 or 14 PCs. in cardboard pack 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 blisters.

Method of application and dose:

Inside, regardless of meals, squeezed enough liquid. Mode of dose selected individually.

In the absence of other regulations Maconites should designate in the following doses: the initial dose administered 0.2 mg of the drug in the morning. With insufficient therapeutic effect the dose after 3 weeks, increase to 0.4 mg/day once or in 2 divided doses. Maximum daily dose of 0.6 mg maximum odnokratnoe — 0.4 mg.

In patients with moderately severe lesions of the kidney (Cl creatinine 30-60 ml/min) a single dose should not exceed 0.2 mg and the maximum daily dose of 0.4 mg.
