Pharmacological action
Dexatobropt - combination drug.
Tobramycin is an antibiotic of the aminoglycoside produced by Streptococcus tenebrarius has a broad spectrum of antibacterial action, active against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms: Staphylococcus spp. (incl. Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis), including strains resistant to penicillin, Streptococcus spp., including some beta-hemolytic group types A and newemailusecase species, and some Streptococcus pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Enterobacter aerogenes, Proteus mirabilis, Morganella morganii, most Proteus vulgaris species, Haemophilus influenzae, Haemophilus aegyptius, Moraxella lacunata, Acinetobacter calcoaceticus (Herellea vaginacoia), some types of Neisseria spp.
Dexamethasone corticosteroids, anti-inflammatory, antiallergic and desensitizing effect.
Testimony
Blepharitis, conjunctivitis, keratitis (without damage of the epithelium),
prevention of postoperative infections.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, viral diseases of the cornea and conjunctiva (including keratitis caused by Herpes simplex, chickenpox), tuberculosis eye, fungal diseases of the eye, condition after removal of the foreign body of the cornea.
With caution. Children's age, pregnancy, lactation.
Method of application and doses
Dexatobropt instilled 1-2 cap into the conjunctival SAC every 4-6 hours
Side effects
Allergic reactions (itching, swelling of eyelids, conjunctival hyperemia), increased intraocular pressure, posterior subcapsular cataracts, slowing wound healing, secondary infection.
Storage conditions
In a dry, protected from light place, at temperature not exceeding 25C.

3 years.
