It stimulates the production and release of enkephalins, endorphins and a number of other peptides, kinins (due to irritation of the mucosal receptors), which are actively involved in the regulation of vascular permeability, the formation of pain.
Pharmacokinetics
When taken under the tongue, the therapeutic effect occurs, on average, in 5 minutes, while up to 70 % of the drug is released within 3 minutes.
Indications for use
Functional cardialgia, "motion sickness" syndrome (nausea, vomiting in sea and air sickness).

Dosage and administration
Validol is prescribed for the language. The tablet should be kept in the mouth under the tongue until completely absorbed. Take 1 tablet 2-3 times a day. The daily frequency and duration of taking validol is determined depending on the effectiveness of treatment. If the effect is not sufficiently pronounced or if the effect is not observed in individual patients within 5 minutes after taking the drug, you should contact your doctor to prescribe another therapy.
Side effect
With prolonged use of validol, mild nausea, lacrimation, and dizziness may occur. These phenomena usually pass on their own.
