Composition 

1 tablet contains calcium gluconate 500 mg.

Pharmacological action

Calcium is a macromineral involved in bone formation, blood clotting, necessary for maintaining a stable cardiac activity, the processes of transmission of nerve impulses. Improves muscles in muscular dystrophy, myasthenia gravis, reduces vascular permeability. At/in the introduction of calcium causes excitation of the sympathetic nervous system and increased release of adrenal adrenaline, has mild diuretic effect.

Testimony

Hypocalcemia of various origins, hypoparathyroidism, parenchymal hepatitis, toxic liver damage, nephritis, eclampsia, paroxysmal gipercalziemicescoy form of mioplegii, inflammatory and exudative processes, skin diseases. 

As an additional tool in the treatment of allergic diseases and drug allergies. 

As an additional hemostatic agent in pulmonary, gastrointestinal, nasal, uterine bleeding. 

As an antidote for poisoning salts of magnesium, oxalic acid and its soluble salts.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, hypercalcemia (calcium concentration should not exceed 12 mg% or 6 mEq/l), hypercalciuria, nephrolithiasis (calcium), sarcoidosis, intoxication cardiac glycosides (risk of arrhythmias). 

Precautions: dehydration, electrolyte disorders (risk of hypercalcaemia), diarrhea, malabsorption syndrome, insignificant hypercalciuria, mild chronic renal failure, congestive heart failure, generalized atherosclerosis, and hypercoagulability.
