Structure and Composition:

Suppositories for rectal administration. 1 suppositorie contains:

10 mg of hydrocortisone acetate (0.5%)

zinc sulfate monohydrate 10 mg (0.5%)

shark liver oil 60 mg (3.0%)

Other ingredients: methylparaben - 0.4 mg (0.02%) propyl - 0.4 mg (0.02%) tallow - 1915.2 mg (95.76%) dibasic calcium phosphate - 2 mg (0.1 %) magnesium stearate - 2 mg (0.1%)

Description pharmaceutical form:

Opaque white suppositories torpedo-shaped, with a smell of fish.

Description of the pharmacological actions:

Hydrocortisone Acetate: a steroid hormone of the adrenal cortex. The local application has anti-inflammatory, desensitizing, anti-allergic, antipruritic and vasoconstrictor action. It inhibits the release of inflammatory mediators.

Zinc Sulphate: promotes healing of wounds and erosions.

Shark liver oil: anti-inflammatory, hemostatic, wound healing, immunomodulatory effects.

Dosage:

In severe forms of hypertension, heart rhythm disorders, immunodeficiency, osteoporosis, diabetes and other endocrine pathology, use of the drug is acceptable only under strict medical reasons, if the expected therapeutic benefit outweighs the potential risk of side effects or complications of the underlying disease.

Dosing and Administration
