Composition:
One ODT tablet contains active ingredients: 2, 4 - dichlorobenzyl alcohol 1 2 mg, amylmetacresol – 0, 6 mg and auxiliary substances: tartaric acid, anthocyanin (E 163), flavor of plum, flavor butter, flavor with the effect of heat, flavor, ginger, medium triglycerides, sugar syrup [sucrose, water], dextrose liquid ([dextrose, oligo-and polysaccharides] (liquid glucose).
Description: Round tablets from red to purple engraved with the letter S with 2 sides of the tablet, with a taste of plum and ginger. Allowed white plaque, uneven coloring, the presence of air bubbles in the caramel mass and slight roughness of the edges.
Pharmacotherapeutic group: antiseptic.
Pharmacological action
The drug has an antiseptic effect, is active against a wide range of gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms, has an antimicotic effect.
Indications for use
Symptomatic treatment of pain in the oral cavity, throat, larynx in infectious and inflammatory diseases: tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis (including professional nature-in teachers, speakers, workers of the chemical and coal industry), hoarseness, inflammation of the oral mucosa and gums (aphthous stomatitis, gingivitis, thrush).
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug components.
Children (up to 6 years).
With caution: Pregnancy, lactation.
Use during pregnancy and lactation: the use of the drug during pregnancy and lactation is possible only under the supervision of a doctor.
Dosage and administration
Recommended for adults and children over 6 years. Dissolve one tablet every 2-3 hours. Do not take more than 12 tablets within 24 hours. Children 6-12 years old do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours. Do not exceed the specified dose.
Side effect
Allergic reactions: rash, burning and tingling in the mouth.
Overdose
It is unlikely that a possible overdose can lead to discomfort on the part of the gastrointestinal tract: nausea. Treatment is symptomatic under the supervision of a doctor.
Interactions with other drugs
No clinically significant interactions with other drugs have been reported.
Special instruction
Do not use the drug in the presence of increased individual sensitivity to any component of the drug. Patients with diabetes should take into account that each tablet contains about 2, 6 g of sugar.
Form release
Pills for resorption. 8 or 12 tablets per blister of PVC/PVC / aluminum foil. 1, 2 or 3 blisters are placed in a cardboard box, or in a metal box, or in a package of laminated foil with instructions for use. 10 tablets for resorption into a polypropylene tube with a polypropylene cover, which provides control of the first opening, with a moisture absorber. Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
