Pharmacological action 

The agent of plant origin, has choleretic, holekineticescoe, choleretic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antispasmodic and wound healing effect. Increases the secretion of bile and increases the content of bilirubin, increases the tone of the gall bladder and promotes bile flow. Has a relaxing effect on smooth muscles of the sphincter of the gallbladder and biliary tract, changes the viscosity and chemical composition of bile.

Stimulating the secretion of gastric juice and slowing the evacuation function of the stomach and intestines, promotes better digestion of food. Activates the exocrine activity of the pancreas, dilates the blood vessels of the intestine.

Supporting the release of cholesterol in the bile has cholesterol-lowering effect, possesses antibacterial activity against gram-positive bacteria, increases the activity of metronidazole and aminophenol in the treatment of giardiasis.

Stimulates regenerative processes in tissues of the eye.

Indications for use of the drug

Inside:

• hepatitis (including viral),
  
• chronic acalculous cholecystitis,
  
• gepatoholetsistitah,
  
• dyskinesia of the biliary tract,
  
• cholangitis,
  
• postcholecystectomy syndrome.
  
• in combination therapy:

• eye burns (chemical and thermal),

The dosage regimen

Powder for oral administration 1 g 3 times a day for 2-3 weeks, if necessary, repeat the treatment after 5 days.

In the form of granules for preparation of oral suspension for 30 minutes before eating 3 times a day. Children from 1 month to 1 year - 13.5 mg/day (7.5 ml of suspension), 1-3 years 27 mg/day (15 ml), 4-5 years - 40.5 mg/day (22.5 ml), over 5 years old - 54 mg (30 ml). The course of treatment, 10-40 days. For suspension to the contents of the banks (18.4 g) was added svejeprokipachenna and cooled to room temperature, water (to the mark 100 ml) and shaken until complete dissolution of the granules.

In the form of decoction, 15-30 ml 3-4 times a day 10-15 minutes before meals, to prepare the broth 10 g pour 200 ml of water at room temperature and heated in a boiling water bath with frequent stirring for 30 minutes, cool 10 minutes, strain, squeeze and add boiling water to the original volume.

Local ointment for the lower eyelid 3-4 times per day for 6-8 days.
