Composition and form of release

Dalargin lyophilizate for solution preparation for intravenous and intramuscular administration

1 ampoule contains 1 mg of dalargin, 

5 or 10 ampoules per pack.

Dalargin solution for I/V and I / m administration

1 ml of R-RA contains 1 mg of dalargin, 

5 or 10 ampoules per pack.

Pharmacological properties

Antiulcer.

Dalargin has antisecretory activity (suppression of gastric secretion). It promotes the activation of reparative processes and accelerates the healing of gastrointestinal mucosal defects (stomach and duodenal ulcers). It also has a hypotensive effect. There is data on the effectiveness of the use in obliterating diseases of the lower extremities.

When ingested, it is destroyed by the acidic contents of the stomach, so it is administered only parenterally.

Indications for use

Peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, pancreatitis, pancreonecrosis, alcoholism.

Dosage and administration

In peptic ulcer disease-in/m and in / in, a single dose-1-2 mg, the highest daily dose-5 mg. The duration of treatment is usually 3-4 weeks. The course dose is 30-50 mg.

Intramuscularly, 1-2 mg (pre-diluted in 1 ml of isotonic sodium chloride solution), 2 times a day, intravenously - 1 time a day, 1 mg diluted in 5-10 ml of isotonic sodium chloride solution.

In acute pancreatitis-in / in 2 mg, then-5 mg 1-2 times a day. The course of treatment is 4-6 days.

With pancreonecrosis - 5 mg 3-4 times a day (every 6-8 hours). The course of treatment is 2-6 days.

Solutions for injection are prepared immediately before use.

Contraindications: 

Propensity to hypotension, overdose of sleeping pills and narcotic drugs, acute infectious processes, pregnancy, childhood.

Side effect:

Reduced blood PRESSURE, allergic reactions.
