alprostadil 10 mcg

20 mg

in vials of 10 or 20 µg, complete with a syringe filled with solvent, and two needles in a box 1 set.

Method of application and dose:

Intracavernosa. In the absence of an erection neurogenic etiology (spinal cord injury): the first injection is 1.25 mcg, the second — 2,5 micrograms, a third 5 ug value step-by-step increase the dose to achieve optimum — 5 g.

Impotence vascular, psychogenic and mixed aetiology first injection of 2.5 ág, the second (partial response) — 5 g or (in the absence partial response) 7,5 mg the magnitude of the step-by-step increase of the dose until the optimal dose is 5-10 mg.
