The dosage regimen
Glycine is used the sublingual or buccal 100 mg (tablets or powder after crushing the tablets). Healthy children, adolescents and adults with psycho-emotional stress, reducing memory, attention, mental performance, delayed mental development, deviant behavior Glycine appointed on 1 tab. 2-3 times/day for 14-30 days.
In functional and organic lesions of the nervous system, accompanied by increased excitability, emotional lability and sleep disorders, children up to three years appoint 0.5 tab. (50 mg) to receive 2-3 times/day for 7-14 days later by 50 mg 1 times/day for 7-10 days. Daily dose of 100-150 mg, course — 2000-2600 mg. for Children aged 3 years and vzroslaya 1 tab. 2-3 times/day, course of treatment 7-14 days. The course of treatment can be increased to 30 days if necessary repeat the course after 30 days.
When sleep disorders of Glycine administered for 20 minutes before bedtime or just before bedtime at 0.5-1 tab. (depending on age).
Ischemic cerebral stroke: during the first 3-6 h of the stroke is prescribed 1000 mg buccal or sublingual with a teaspoon of water, then for 1-5 days at 1000 mg/day, then for the next 30 days 1-2 tab. 3 times/day.
Addiction Glycine is used as a means of enhancing mental performance and reducing emotional stress in remission with symptoms of encephalopathy, organic lesions of the Central and peripheral nervous system 1 tab. 2-3 times/day for 14-30 days. If necessary, repeat courses of 4-6 times per year.
Side effects
Allergic reactions are possible.
Contraindications
— individual hypersensitivity to the drug.
