The composition and form of issue:

1 tablet contains sulfadimetoksin 0.2 or 0.5 g pack of 10

Pharmacological action:

Blocking utilization of para-aminobenzoic acid and the synthesis of folate in microbial cell.

Indications:

Acute respiratory infections, tonsillitis, bronchitis, pneumonia, sinusitis, otitis, meningitis, dysentery, inflammatory diseases jelche - and urinary tract, wound infection piodermia, gonorrhoea, trachoma, erysipelas.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity (W. to sulfanilamidam etc.).

Side effects:

Headache, fever, diarrhoea disorders, crystalluria, leukopenia, skin rashes.

Method of application and dose:

Inside, 1 time a day, the 1st day 1-2 g, and then 0.5–1 g/day children — 25 mg/kg/day for 1 day and 12.5 mg/kg/day thereafter.

Precautions:

During treatment, periodic blood and urine tests.
