Pharmacological action
A combined medicinal product for external use. It has fibrinolytic, anti-inflammatory (due to onion extract), antithrombotic (due to heparin), and keratolytic effect (due to allantoin). Stimulates cellular regeneration without hyperplasia. Inhibits the proliferation of keloid fibroblasts.
Pharmacokinetics
In experimental studies, it was shown that heparin penetrates the connective tissue of the dermis in a clinically sufficient amount for 4 hours. Deep penetration is provided by a combination of heparin with Serae bulb extract and allantoin (transepidermal heparinization).
Indications of active substances of the drug Contractubex
Hypertrophic and keloid scars that occur after surgical operations, amputations, burns and injuries; ankylosis (contracture) of joints; Dupuytren's contracture; traumatic tendon contractures; stretch marks after pregnancy; atrophic scars (in particular, those that occur after acne or furunculosis); prevention of pathological scar formations in the postoperative period or after injury.
Dosage regimen
The method of application and dosage regimen of a particular drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. Externally.
It is applied to the scar surface for adults - 2-4 times / day, for children older than 1 year - 1-2 times / day.

Side effect
From the skin: often - itching, erythema, telangiectasia, scar atrophy; infrequently - skin hyperpigmentation, skin atrophy; frequency is not established - urticaria, rash, erythema, skin irritation, papules, burning sensation, tension, contact dermatitis, peeling at the site of application.
Infectious diseases: the frequency is not established - pustular rashes.
