Pharmacological action:

High molecular weight mucopolysaccharide, slowing bone resorption and reduces the loss of Ca2+. Improves calcium and phosphorus metabolism in the cartilage tissue, accelerates its recovery, hinders the process of degeneration of cartilage and connective tissue. Inhibits the activity of enzymes, causing loss of cartilage, stimulates the synthesis of glycosaminoglycans, contributes to the regeneration of the joint capsule and cartilage surfaces of the joints, increases the production of synovial fluid. Reduces pain and increases mobility of the affected joints. Having structural similarity with heparin, to potentially interfere with the formation of fibrin clots in synovial and subchondral microcirculatory bed.

Indications:

Degenerative-dystrophic diseases of joints and spine: primary arthrosis, osteoarthritis, mainly affecting the large joints, intervertebral osteochondrosis.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity, children's age (the efficacy and safety of not installed).

Side effects:

Allergic reactions, bleeding at the injection site.

Method of application and dose:

Inside, in/m. Inside: adults - 0.75 g 2 times a day for the first 3 weeks, and then 0.5 g 2 times a day. The capsules are taken with a small amount of water. Interaction:

May increase the action of indirect anticoagulants, antiplatelet agents, fibrinolitikov, which requires more frequent monitoring of indicators of blood coagulation when used together.
