Dosage and administration:

Inside, the initial dose for the treatment of hypertension and angina pectoris is 5 mg 1 time per day with a gradual increase for 7-14 days to 10 mg/day, once. The maximum daily dose is 10 mg.

In hypertension maintenance dose-5 mg / day.

In angina pectoris and vasospastic angina-5-10 mg / day, once.

No dose changes are required while administration with thiazide diuretics, beta-blockers and ACE inhibitors. No dose changes are required in patients with renal insufficiency.
