Structure and Composition:
1 tablet contains 2 mg estriol in a blister pack of 30 pieces, in a cardboard bundle one blister.
1 g of cream vaginal - 1 mg in tubes of 15 grams complete with an applicator, in a cardboard bundle one package.

Pharmachologic effect:
Restores the vaginal epithelium, the medium helps to normalize pH and microflora in the vagina, thereby enhancing vaginal epithelial resistance to infectious and inflammatory processes.
Pharmacokinetics:

Description of the pharmacological actions:

Side effect:

Dosage and administration:
Tablets: inwards daily 4 mg 1 time per day for 3 weeks, then - the gradual reduction of the dose to 2 mg per week.
Cream: intravaginally, 1 dose (using a calibrated applicator) daily at bedtime for 3 weeks, then - the gradual reduction of the dose to 1 administration per week.
Suppositories: vaginally, 1 supp. daily at bedtime for 3 weeks, then - the gradual reduction of the dose to 1 supp. in Week.
Precautionary measures:
It is recommended careful monitoring of the patients with thromboembolic disease in history, severe renal impairment, porphyria, severe itching symptoms or cholestatic jaundice during pregnancy or previous admission of steroid medications, pregnant herpes, otosclerosis.
