Structure and Composition:

active substance:

sodium polidigidroksifenilentiosulfonat (hypoxia) 250 mg

composition capsules: gelatin, black iron oxide (E172), iron oxide red (E172), iron oxide yellow (E172), titanium dioxide (E171)

banks or polymeric vials of 30 capsules in a pack made of cardboard boxed or chromium-ersatz 1 jar or bottle, or in blisters of 10 capsules per pack of cardboard boxed or chromium-ersatz 2 or 3 packs.

Description pharmaceutical form:

Hard gelatin capsules ?3 dark brown. In the capsule with white paint (titanium dioxide) coated manufacturer's logo. The contents of capsules - black powder, odorless or with a faint characteristic odor.

Description of the pharmacological actions:

Hypoxen belongs to a class antihypoxants and antioxidants that reduce oxygen consumption and increase the efficiency of the body in extreme situations. The drug has anti-hypoxic action by improving the efficiency of tissue respiration in hypoxia conditions, especially in high-level metabolic organs (brain, heart muscle, liver).

Hypoxen reduces oxygen consumption with significant physical exertion, improving cell respiration, decrease in mental and physical fatigue, the successful implementation of labor-intensive physical operations.

Testimony:

• to improve performance under extreme and adverse conditions, accompanied by lack of oxygen (high altitude, Arctic conditions, underwater works, etc.).
  
• mental and physical stress, operator activities, and other heavy loads, accompanied by chronic fatigue and fatigue

Drug Interactions:

Negatives pharmaceutical, pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic interactions with other drugs is not established. Incompatibility of the drug with other drugs have been identified.

Dosage and administration:

Inside, before or during a meal, with a small amount of water. The single dose for adults - 2-4 capsules.

The maximum daily dose used - 12 caps. Calculation of a daily dose per body weight is shown in Table.

Elimination of hypoxia developing in extreme conditions (hypoventilation, high mountains, underwater work, work at high temperatures, exercise): 1 daily dose 30-60 minutes before exercising.

Prolonged strenuous mental activity, chronic fatigue, reducing the recovery period after an excessive exercise, trauma, surgical interventions: 1/2 daily dose 2 times a day for 2-3 weeks. Courses can be repeated with a break for 1-2 weeks.

Comprehensive treatment of pneumonia: 1/2 daily dose 2 times a day, the course - 14 days.

Comprehensive treatment of obstructive bronchitis: 1/2 daily dose 2 times a day - 2 courses for 14 days with an interval of 7 days.

Comprehensive treatment of asthma: 1/2 daily dose 2 times a day course - 21-30 days with 10 days interval.

Comprehensive prevention of stable angina: 1/2 daily dose 2 times a day, the course - 15-30 days with 10 days interval.

Comprehensive treatment of essential hypertension: 1/2 daily dose 2 times a day, the course - 10 days.

Comprehensive treatment of heart failure: 1/2 daily dose 2 times a day, the rate - 10-14 days.

Overdose:

Symptoms: dry mouth, nausea and discomfort in the abdomen, in rare cases - respiratory depression.

Treatment: gastric lavage, activated charcoal, symptomatic therapy.
