Structure and Composition:

2.5 mg of aqueous-alcoholic gel containing 1.5 mg of estradiol in tubes of 80 g with a measured spatula.

Description of the pharmacological actions:

Reduces or eliminates the symptoms of climacteric syndrome (including osteoporosis) improves the lipid profile (normalizes triatsilglitsiridov), reduces platelet aggregation, blood viscosity.

Clinical Pharmacology:

The effect is 7-10 days after application.

Testimony:

Estrogen deficit state (sensation of heat, sweating, sleep disturbances, dizziness, irritability, atrophic changes of the organs of the urogenital system), post-menopausal osteoporosis (prevention).

Contraindications:

Malignant tumors of the breast and endometrium, severe liver dysfunction, uterine bleeding unclear etiology, thromboembolic disease, pregnancy.

Side effect:

Headache, nausea, breast tension, spotting, glandular hyperplasia of the endometrium, skin irritation.

Dosage and administration:

Outwardly, constantly or cyclically, a standard dose of the gel (2.5 - 1.5 mg of estradiol) is applied once daily to the skin as much as possible areas (arms, legs or abdomen). Treatment supplemented progestin drugs (10 days 1-3 months).

Precautionary measures:

It is recommended to avoid contact with the gel to the skin of the mammary glands and genitals.
