Pharmacological action

Ocumethyl has antiseptic, anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory effect.

Diphenhydramine hydrochloride is a blocker of H1-histamine receptors. Reduces capillary permeability and prevents tissue swelling.

Nafazolina hydrochloride - a sympathomimetic. Has a rapid, pronounced and prolonged vasoconstrictor effect. Reduces swelling and hyperemia mucous membranes.

Zinc sulfate has astringent, drying, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic action.

Testimony

— chronic nonspecific, allergic conjunctivitis and blepharoconjunctivitis, 

— which restores conjunctivitis,

— the symptoms of irritation of the tissues of the eye (redness, itching, foreign body sensation).

Contraindications

— hypersensitivity

— angle-closure glaucoma,

— the syndrome of "dry eye"

— pregnancy,

— lactation,

— children's age (up to 2 years).

C caution: prostatic hyperplasia, stenosing ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, stenosis of the bladder neck, bronchial asthma, epilepsy, arterial hypertension, expressed atherosclerosis, hyperthyroidism.

Method of application and doses

Topically, 1 drop into the conjunctival SAC of the affected eye 2-3 times a day.

Side effects

Local reactions: slight burning sensation, allergic reactions, reactive hyperemia and swelling of the mucous membranes of the eye, paresis of accommodation.

Systemic reactions: tachycardia, increased blood pressure, nausea, headache, photosensibilization, dryness and numbness of the mucous membranes, drowsiness, weakness, decreased speed of psychomotor reactions, loss of coordination, dizziness.

Special instructions

During the period of treatment must be careful when driving vehicles and activities potentially hazardous activities, require high concentration and speed of psychomotor reactions (within 10-15 minutes after instillation may decrease visual acuity). If within 72 hours after the drug has been no reduction in symptoms, discontinue use of the drug. In order to avoid contamination of the solution keep the bottle tightly closed and avoid contact of the tip of container to any surface

Storage conditions

Store in a dark, inaccessible to children place at temperature of 15-25°C.
