The composition and form of issue:

Capsules with modified release 1 capsule

tizanidine (hydrochloride) 6 mg

Excipients: ethyl cellulose, shellac, talc corn starch sucrose titanium dioxide iron oxide black gelatin 

blistere in 10 PCs. in cardboard pack 1, 2 or 3 blisters.

Method of application and dose:

Inside. The dosing regimen should be set individually.

The initial daily dose is 6 mg (1 caps.). If necessary, the daily dose can be gradually ("steps") to increase by 6 mg (1 caps.) at intervals of 3-7 days. Clinical experience shows that for most patients the optimal dose is 12 mg/day (2 caps.) in rare cases may require increase daily dose to 24 mg.

Treatment of patients with renal insufficiency (Cl creatinine <25 ml/min) it is recommended to start with a dose of 2 mg 1 time per day. The doses are small "steps", taking into account the tolerability and effectiveness. If you want to get a more pronounced effect, it is recommended to increase the dose that is assigned 1 times per day, after which a multiplicity of purposes.
