Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity, ulcers disease stomach and duodenal ulcers (in the acute stage), expressed violations of the liver, gout, hyperuricemia, severe hypertension and atherosclerosis (in/in the introduction).
Application of pregnancy and breastfeeding
With caution during pregnancy and breast-feeding (reception of high doses is contraindicated).
Side effects of the drug
Due to the release of histamine: redness of the skin, including the face and upper half of the body with tingling and burning sensation, feeling of rush of blood to the head, dizziness, hypotension, ortostatical gipotenzia (with the rapid on/in the introduction), an increase in gastric acid secretion, itching, dyspepsia, urticaria. Prolonged use of large doses: diarrhea, anorexia, vomiting, abnormal liver function, fatty liver, ulcerative of the gastric mucosa, arrhythmia, paresthesia, hyperuricemia, decrease in glucose tolerance, hyperglycemia, transient increased activity of AST, LDH, alkaline phosphatase, irritation of the mucous membrane of the digestive tract.
Precautions
During treatment should regularly monitor liver function (especially at high doses). For the prevention of hepatotoxicity is necessary to include in the diet foods rich in methionine (cottage cheese), or the appointment of methionine or other lipotropics. To apply caution in hyperacidity gastritis, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcers (in remission) due to the irritating action on the mucous membrane (larger doses in this case are contraindicated). The administration of large doses is also contraindicated in liver disease, including hepatitis, cirrhosis (probability of hepatotoxicity), diabetes. It is inappropriate to apply for the correction of dyslipidemia in patients with diabetes mellitus. Note that p/and/m injections are painful.
