Structure and Composition:

Pharmachologic effect:

It eliminates the inhibitory effect of adenosine in the central nervous system, blocking the adenosine receptors and phosphodiesterase activity, leading to the accumulation of cAMP reduces the tone of smooth muscles, dilates blood vessels.

Testimony:

Inhibition of the CNS, cardiovascular failure, cerebral vasospasm, increase mental and physical performance, enuresis in children, drug poisoning.

Contraindications:

Hypertension, organic diseases of the cardiovascular system, atherosclerosis, insomnia, anxiety, glaucoma.

Dosage and administration:
