Pharmacological action
The combined drug has a local irritating, analgesic and resolving effect. Contains substances that cause long-term expansion of surface blood vessels at the site of application, increase the temperature of the skin and cause a feeling of warmth.Action due to the irritating and distracting effects of capsaicin, analgesic and anti-inflammatory activity of glycol-salicylate (international nonproprietary name recommended by the Ph.Eur. - hydroxyethyl salicylate (approx. Vidal)), resolving ability of ethyl nicotinate.
Dosage
Externally. The surface of the skin pre-wash warm water with soap, wipe dry, and then apply it a thin layer of ointment. Applied to intact skin. Apply 1-2 times/day.Diseases of the joints - 1 time/day. for 3 days, then 2 times/day. (morning and evening).To warm muscles in athletes during the massage, strip of ointment length of 3-5 cm is carefully rubbed into the skin.
Drug interactions
Enhances absorption of other medicines for external use in odnovremennom application (sledstvie reflex increase blood flow).
Pregnancy and lactation
The drug is contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation.
Side effects
Allergic skin reactions, irritation at the site of application.
Testimony

Special instructions
After rubbing ointment should carefully wash hands with warm water and soap.Do not apply with warm compresses.In case of skin irritation it is recommended to stop the drug.Avoid contact with mucous membranes (including eyes), areas of skin irritation.
