The composition and form of issue: 

Gel for local application. 100 g contains:

lidocaine hydrochloride 2 g

chamomile flowers extract (1:4-5) 18, 5 g

auxiliary substances: benzalkonium chloride 50% solution — 0, 2 g of cinnamomi camphor oil — 0, 1 g of sodium saccharin — 0, 1 g carbomer — 1, 5 g of trometamol — 2, 81 g of formic acid 98% — 0, 04 g of ethanol 96% — 0, 82 g water 73, 93 g 

the aluminum tubes of 10 g in a cardboard bundle 1 tuba.

Description pharmaceutical form:

Gel yellowish-brown color.

Feature:

A combination drug.

Pharmacological action:

Contained in the preparation is a local anesthetic — lidocaine hydrochloride — promotes quick and lasting pain reduction for inflammation of the mucous membrane of the mouth and gums.

Infusion of chamomile has anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and regenerative properties.

Indications:

Pain:

• inflammation of the mucous membrane of the mouth and lips (including blistering and chapping of the lips)
  
• gingivitis (inflammation of gums)
  
• irritation of the mucous membranes of the mouth dentures and braces
  
• the first milk teeth and wisdom teeth
  
• orthodontic procedure.
  

Contraindications:

• hypersensitivity to the drug
  
• renal and/or hepatic insufficiency
  
• hypertension, heart failure II–III degree
  
• violation of intraventricular conductivity
  
• bradycardia
  
• pregnancy
  
• lactation
  
• children up to age 3 months.
  

Application of pregnancy and breast-feeding:

Contraindicated in pregnancy. At the time of treatment should stop breastfeeding.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions (hives, itching, anaphylactic shock, dysphagia) — require drug withdrawal and seeking medical attention.

Drug interactions:

If necessary, the use of other drugs should consult with a doctor.

Method of application and dose:

Locally, strip a length of 0, 5 cm is applied on the painful or inflamed areas of the mucous membrane of the mouth and rubbed and massaged 3 times a day.

Overdose:

Symptoms: vomiting, pallor, bradycardia, depression of the respiratory centre, apnoea.

In case of overdose you must stop the drug and consult a doctor.

Special instructions:

Do not exceed the recommended amount of the drug.

Expiration date:

After opening the tube to use the gel within 12 months.
