The composition and form of issue
Sparex capsules of prolonged action:
1 caps. contains mebeverin hydrochloride 200 mg,
package includes 30 or 60 PCs.
Pharmacological action:
Sparex has a myotropic, antispasmodic effect.
Indications:
In adults: spasm of the gastrointestinal tract (including due to organic disease), intestinal colic, bile colic, irritable bowel syndrome (symptomatic treatment of pain and spasms, as well as intestinal disorders and discomfort).
In children over 12 years: functional disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, accompanied by abdominal pain.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
In pregnancy, it is possible if the expected effect of therapy exceeds the potential risk to the fetus. When used in therapeutic doses, mebeverin does not penetrate breast milk.
Side effect:
Dizziness (in some cases), diarrhea or constipation, allergic reactions (urticaria, Quincke's edema, facial edema and exanthema).
Dosage and administration
Sparex is taken orally, without chewing, 20 minutes before meals, with water, adults and children older than 12 years are prescribed 200 mg 2 times a day.
Storage conditions
In a place protected from light, at a temperature not higher than 25°C.
Shelf life-2 years.
