Description of the pharmacological actions:
Neurotropic B vitamins have a beneficial effect in inflammatory and degenerative diseases of the nerves and musculoskeletal system, in high doses have an analgesic effect, promote blood flow and normalize the nervous system and the process of hematopoiesis. Thiamine plays a key role in the metabolism of carbohydrates, and in the Krebs cycle with subsequent participation in the synthesis of TPP (thiamine pyrophosphate), and ATP (adenosine triphosphate) .Piridoksin involved in protein metabolism. The physiological function of both vitamins is a potentiation of each other, which manifests itself in a positive impact on the nervous system. Cyanocobalamin is involved in the synthesis of the myelin sheath, reduces pain associated with a lesion of the peripheral nervous system stimulates nucleic exchange via folate activation. Lidocaine - local anesthetic, causing all kinds of local anesthesia: terminal, infiltration, and conductors.
Testimony:
Nervous system diseases of various origins:
- pain (radiculopathy, sciatica, muscular-tonic syndromes)
- neuropathy (diabetic, alcohol, etc.).
- neuritis and polyneuritis, including optic neuritis
- peripheral paresis, including facial nerve
- neuralgia, including trigeminal nerve and intercostal nerves.
Contraindications:
- hypersensitivity (including to the individual components)

Drug Interactions:
Thiamine completely dissolves in solutions containing sulphites. Levodopa reduces the effect of therapeutic doses of vitamin B6.
Possible interaction with cycloserine, D-penicillamine, adrenaline, noradrenaline, sulfonamides.
Incompatible with oxidizing substances, as well as phenobarbital, riboflavin, benzylpenicillin, glucose, metabisulfite, heavy metal salts. Copper accelerates the decomposition of thiamine, moreover, thiamine loses its effect when more than 3 pH.
