Composition

Active substance: sodium acetate 2 g, sodium chloride 5 g, potassium chloride 1 g

Theoretical osmolarity ~ 247 mOsm/l

Pharmacological action

Combined preparation, provides detoxification, plasma expanders, regidratirtee, diuretic, anti-shock, antiplatelet effect. Reduces hypovolemia, prevents blood clots and the development of metabolic acidosis, increases diuresis and improves microcirculation

Side effects

Edema, tachycardia, fever, hyperkalemia.

Special conditions

therapy is performed under the control of hematocrit and concentration of electrolytes of blood. In the case of hyperkalemia, the solution can be replaced with a solution of Disol to normalize electrolyte balance. Before the introduction of the solution should be heated to 36-38°C.

Testimony

Contraindications

Drug interactions

The freezing of the drug is not a contraindication to its use.
