Magnesium is an essential macromineral. Necessary to provide many of the energy processes involved in the metabolism of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, and nucleic acids. Magnesium takes part in the process neuromuscular stimulation, inhibiting neuromuscular transmission. Of special interest is the magnesium as a natural physiological antagonist of calcium. Magnesium controls the normal functioning of the cells of the myocardium, involved in the regulation of myocardial contractile function. In stressful situations, you receive an increased amount of free ionized magnesium, in connection with which extra magnesium helps increase resistance to stress.

Part Magnerot includes orotic acid, which promotes cell growth, is involved in the process of metabolism. In addition, orotic acid is necessary for fixation of magnesium ATP in the cell and the effects of his actions.
