calcium (as calcium citrate and calcium carbonate) 500 mg

vitamin D3 200 IU

magnesium (as magnesium oxide) 40 mg

zinc (as zinc oxide) 7. 5 mg

copper (copper oxide) 1 mg

manganese (as manganese sulfate) 1, 8 mg

boron (as sodium borate) 250 mcg

inactive ingredients: maltodextrin microcrystalline croscarmellose sodium acacia stearic acid soybean polysaccharide titanium dioxide sodium lauryl sulfate 

shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (hypromellose) magnesium silicate triacetin mineral oil, FD&C red No. 40 Lac FD&C yellow No. 6 lacquer FD&C blue No. 1 lacquer 

in bottles HDPE at 30, 60 and 120 PCs. in cardboard pack 1 bottle.

Dosage:

Inside. Adults and children (over 12 years) - 1 tablet two times daily during the meal.

Method of application and dose:

Inside, during a meal.

Adults and children over 12 years — 1 table. 2 times a day.
