The composition and form of issue: 

Sublingual tablets, 1 tablet contains:

glycine 70 mg

L-glutamic acid 70 mg

L-cystine 70 mg

excipients: methocel magnesium stearate 

in a contour acheikova packing 30 PCs. in cardboard pack 1 or 2 packs.

Description pharmaceutical form:

Biconvex tablets white or white with weak yellowish tint with elements of marbling.

Feature:

Combined preparation containing a mixture of amino acids: glycine, L-glutamic acid and L-cystine.

Description pharmacological action:

Is a regulator of metabolism: it increases the intracellular glutathione level and glutathione-dependent enzymes, normalizes the redox processes and oxygen utilization in the tissues, due to which provides:

- increase myocardial contractility

- increase tolerance of the organism to physical stress

- improving the quality of life of patients with heart failure.

The drug is not toxic, has no local irritating effect.

Indications:

Chronic heart failure I–III functional classes (composed of combination therapy).

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the drug.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions are possible.

Drug interactions:

Perhaps the combined use with ACE inhibitors, beta-blockers, diuretics, including aldosterone antagonists, nitrates.

Method of application and dose:

Under the tongue (the tablet can be chewed and hold under the tongue). 1 table. 3 times a day. The course of treatment — 3 weeks, repeated courses — on the advice of a doctor.
