The composition and form of issue: 

Tablets, film-coated. 1 tablet contains:

calcium (as calcium citrate and calcium carbonate) 250 mg

vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 50 IU

copper (copper oxide) 0.5 mg

zinc (as zinc oxide) 2 mg

manganese (as manganese sulfate) 0. 5 mg

boron (as sodium borate) 50 µg

inactive ingredients: maltodextrin microcrystalline croscarmellose sodium acacia stearic acid soya polysaccharide magnesium stearate 

shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (hypromellose), magnesium silicate titanium dioxide sodium lauryl sulfate silicon dioxide, polyethylene glycol mineral oil 

bottles HDPE 30, 60 or 120 PCs. in cardboard pack 1 bottle.

Dosage:

Adults and children after 12 years but one tablet 2 times a day during meals. During pregnancy and breastfeeding with the 20th week of pregnancy and the whole breastfeeding 1 tablet 2 times a day. Children from 5 to 12 years use: 1 tablet 1 time per day during meals. At deficiency of calcium and trace elements recommended dose - 1 tablet per day.

Side effects

In rare cases: nausea, vomiting, flatulence, hypercalcemia and hypercalciuria, allergic reactions.

Overdose

Overdose constipation, nausea, and vomiting. Manifestation of overdose also includes hypercalcemia and hypercalciuria, leading to the accumulation of calcium in soft tissues and irreversible changes in the kidney and cardiovascular system.

Special instructions

The dose should not exceed that specified in the instructions, as excessive calcium intake may inhibit the intestinal absorption of iron, zinc and other essential minerals. Use in pregnancy and breastfeeding

During pregnancy and breastfeeding the drug to coordinate with your doctor.

In lactating women should be taken into account, cholecalciferol and its metabolites penetrate into breast milk.

Release form

Tablets, film-coated.

At 30, 60 or 120 tablets in a bottle of high density polyethylene with screwed cap made from polypropylene, sealed by a film. Each bottle with instruction for medical use is placed in cardboard pack.

Storage conditions

In a dry, inaccessible for children place at a temperature of 15 30° C.

Shelf life

3 years. Do not use after date shown on packaging.

Method of application and dose:

Inside, during a meal.

Adults and children after 12 years — 1 table. 2 times a day.

Children from 5 to 12 years — 1 table. 1 time a day.

At deficiency of calcium and trace elements: recommended dose — 1 tab. a day.
