Tablets. 1 tablet contains:

asparaginat magnesium 175 mg

asparaginat potassium 175 mg

Pharmacological action

Metabolic, complementary deficit magnesium and potassium.

Asparcam is a source of potassium and magnesium ions, regulates metabolic processes. The mechanism of action presumably associated with the role of Asparaginate as a Transporter of magnesium ions and potassium into the intracellular space and the participation of Asparaginate in metabolic processes. Thus, Asparcam eliminates the imbalance of electrolytes, reduces excitability and conductivity of myocardium (moderate antiarrhythmic effect).

Testimony

In complex therapy of the following diseases and conditions:

• heart failure;
  
• IBS;
  
• hypokalemia;
  
• heart rhythm disorders (including myocardial infarction, overdose, cardiac glycosides).
  

Contraindications

• acute and chronic renal failure;
  
• hyperkalemia.
  

Side effects

Nausea, discomfort or burning in the epigastric region (in case of cholecystitis and anatsidnyh gastritis). These effects usually disappear when reducing the dose.

Interaction

Asparcam reduces sensitivity to cardiac glycosides.

Method of application and doses

Inside, usually adults — 1-2 table. 3 times a day after meals. The course of treatment — 3-4 weeks. If necessary it can be repeated.

Precautions

When violations of rhythm in combination with AV blockade to appoint drug is not recommended. The combined use of Asparcam and kalisberegath dioretikov increases risk giperkaliemii.

Storage conditions

In a dry place at a temperature of 15-25 °C.

Keep out of reach of children.

Shelf life

3 years.
